6 Top Tips for Profiting From Giveaways
- Always use a one time offer (or upsell) that members will see as soon as they confirm their subscription to your list. This way, you can start profiting from your new subscribers right away.
- Usually, a low priced OTO will get the most sales – i.e. $7 or $9. However, you may make more money from fewer sales with a higher priced OTO, if it is good value and closely related to your free offer.
- Promote, promote, promote to get your gift in the highest possible spot. Your ranking depends on the number of members who sign up through your referral link. (But: with the Easter JV you can cheat – you can earn yourself 40 points by upgrading!)
