Use high quality microphones
Use high quality microphones. Built in microphones on the video cameras are usually of low quality. Oftentimes, they can’t record sounds well. When shooting use an external microphone like a lapel mic or lavaliere instead. These kinds are unobtrusive and very helpful in producing clear sounds or voices.
Keep track of the sound recording. If there are available headphones, plug them in your camera. This will allow you to monitor the exact sounds the camera hears, the noises which are distracting or the clearness of the speakers voice. By monitoring the sound, you can immediately change whatever is necessary to make the audio sharp.
